KidCalc 7-in-1 Math Fun (Including New Birthday Party and Halloween Themes) App Reviews

My granddaughter loves this app. Its math made to be fun. She is learning and she thinks shes playing. She started at age 4 and now at age 5 (and not yet in school) she understands adding and take away. I was very pleased to see that multiplication and division were added with an upgrade because, with the visual aids, the concepts become easy to understand. Another plus is that the app is so easy to use. My older daughter had difficulty with early math so we had tutors for years, I only wish this had been around at the time. It would have been a tremendous teaching aid. Dont hesitate!

Please add French language option like some of your other apps. That would be so helpful. Thanks!

my twin toddlers love this app & i love that. however, they rarely play with it because, as my description states, the icon provides ZERO correlation to the app. children are visual ~ and your app seems to understand that ...with one glaring error. what does a cupcake have to do with a math app? change that and ill change my review... and buy the full app.

The reviews currently posted for this app might make you think your toddler will be teaching the other kids calculus in kindergarden. Its a good app but lacks flow. Would benefit by allowing name entry and tracking an individuals progress.

I initially bought this for my 6 yr old because I already had math lite which I found very good and helpful for my son. I was looking for something new and different but challenging. If you look at most of the reviews and read them carefully (which I didnt at first), you will notice that the ones with good reviews are parents with very young kids who are around 4 years old. The problems are so easy for kids who are older and are multiple choice and the like. If you have a 4 yr old, this might be a good app for you.

What a wonderful app!! Its fast and easy to use. Its customizable to cater to your kids learning needs. I love the display and layout of the app. Ive been tempting to get an ipad but with this app im definitely getting one to use in the classroom with my students. They would love it!!! Great job guys.

My kids havent put this down since I bought it two and a half months ago. I finally bought them iPod touches for xmas so they can each play. They are learning a ton and the math problems are exactly what my daughter is learning in school right now (2nd grade). My 3 1/2 yr old son likes the two counting games the most. I would pay $10, especially considering how much use it has gotten. An absolute must have for parents. The flash card racing game added with this most recent update is worth the price alone, not to mention all of the things it taught before. This app is a steal.

Absolutely wonderful! My 8 year old second grader is starting his times tables in school and comes home every day wanting to play this app. He gets very excited to see what the puzzle will reveal as he answers correctly and I get very excited to see him loving his math so much!! Amazing app for only .99 cents... A must buy! I also love the settings so you can up the age range to increase the learning!

My 4yr old daughter carefully divided up cherries after dinner tonight for each of us at the table. This wasnt just one-for-me-one-for-you. She described it as dividing them into five groups. My jaw hit the floor. I asked her where she learned to do that, and she said from kidcalc on daddys iphone. Shes 4! I seriously cried, and Im crying again as I try to type this. The video lessons of adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing cute objects teaches kids like nothing else can. You have done an amazing job with this app and I cant thank you enough for all that youve taught all of my kids. Update: My daughter has proven her division skills many times over since I wrote the above. It is clear she understands multiplication and division. And she is still asking to play kidcalc every day with her father the moment he gets home from work. I am completely amazed!!!

As a math coach, I was happy to see this app visually representing number and using the ten frame!

I just got this app. for my 6 year-old girl. She loves it. Our commute has become bareable.

My preschooler uses this and its simply amazing . She can add subtract and multiply, I can set the levels and she truly enjoys it!I wish this had been around for my older child who struggled with math concepts even into high school.

I got this about 8 months ago. This is my first Review so that is Good. My daughter at the beginning of First Grade was having a little trouble. I got Kidcal for my …WOW, what an improvment for her. As school was ending she can Add, Subtract, Multilpy and Divide. IKidcal. Her teacher said she was above average for her age in Math. What parent wouldnt be happy!! The teacher asked if she could help out at the end of year, cause she was so busy doing report-cards. I Said..YEAH! I aslo learned that when my daughter kept telling me she was Regrouping at school, well ok. moving around??? But little did I know that was more the one number Subtracting (like take away and carry) LOL I must ne getting oldI also like the upgrades for time tables Dont think about getting this~~~Just Get It, you wont regret it. If you have a girl try MathGirl also its FUN. 1st review given by one 

I have been looking for a math app for my 3 year old. And I am so thrilled to own this one. It is not boring and give choices for different ages and levels. I own all the apps developed by this developer and my son and I love all of them. Highly recommended.

Please make an iPad version!!!

This app does a very nice job at capturing and holding kids attention, and teaching math. My kids range from 2-7. This app is by far the favorite in my house. And Ive bought almost all of the of the top 50 education apps.

This app consistently gets updated, keeping my kids interested even after a year of owning this app now. None of the other apps Ive downloaded for my kids still have them coming back to play again after that long. Very impressive app, very good at teaching. A+

This app is just great. Thank you for making such a good app. It is refreshing to see an app be this good. This app has a lot to teach and my kids want to keep playing and learning. And the new math flash cards racing game is awesome. I cant stop playing the racing game myself in fact. Thank you!!
